Michael Benham has been involved in property and land matters within Chelmsford and Essex for some 35 years. Experience was gained in general practice in Suffolk and has been used continually in Essex since 1972. The “Knowledge” obtained extends from the sale of residential homes to the now established business of seeking land and development opportunities for clients of all sizes from national known names to individuals.
